Affiliate Mechanic (Burnet County, TX) wants you to love Hover CTRL. If it isn't a fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including subscriptions and the Lifetime deal.
How it works
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
- For monthly and yearly subscriptions, the refund applies to your most recent payment.
- The Lifetime plan is refundable within 30 days of the original purchase.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@hoverctrl.com with your order details and we'll start the refund for you.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window, you can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Past payments outside the refund window are not automatically refundable, but we'll always review unusual cases — just reach out.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues faster directly than through your bank.
